Bringing together ministries leaders for six-to-eight hours of confidential discussions focused on topics of mutual interest. We begin with introductions, a devotion and move quickly into the key process of establishing the customized agenda. Once that the customized agenda is set, we work our way through the topics starting with the ones of greatest concern to the most people and progressing down the list. We engage with the strong belief that “Wisdom is At The Table."© We do not do a lot of teaching; our goal is to provide the context for sharing and discovery to occur. The agendas are generally filled with topics related to the challenges of leading and managing ministries. But some topics are more personal such as spiritual and family issues. Each topic is discussed within a commitment to confidentiality for the proprietary and personal details that are disclosed.
